Influmedix maintains three independently filed patents, and a pipeline of promising inventions that are in the process of being filed for patent protection.

In June 2010, Influmedix entered into an exclusive license agreement with the University of Pennsylvania for technologies and patents rights, and additional rights to certain related know-how to make and sell products in the field of influenza diagnosis, prophylaxis, treatment, and amelioration.
